New for 2012: Seattle & Atlanta Base Camps, Community Service treks, 1-week camp for younger kids

Adamah Adventures now offers four treks for teens entering 8th-12th grades, as well as a one week adventure camp for kids entering 6th and 7th grades.  Each trek has a different destination and different featured activities.  In addition, some treks are more physically demanding than others.  We encourage you to call us at 877-923-2624 to discuss which trek would be the best fit for you.

From our Atlanta base camp, one trek departs to the lush landscape of the Blue Ridge Mountains (Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina).  Also departing from Atlanta, the Peaks and Paddles trek heads to the mountains and the coast of North Carolina.

If the wild west is calling your name, choose from two treks that begin and end in Seattle.  The Pacific Northwest trek features snow-capped mountain peaks and wild ocean beaches.  Our fourth trek, the Oregon Service trek, gives teens the opportunity to give back.  You'll be volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and the Pacific Crest Trail Association, as well as enjoying whitewater rafting, rock climbing, and amazing hiking.

All trek groups include 9 – 12 campers alongside three experienced Adamah Adventures staff. For 18 days, they hike together, paddle together, eat around a nightly campfire and get to know other teens that share their sense of adventure and their willingness to get a little dirty to see a mountaintop view.
